I was mainly put in charge of creating all of the sound design for the games fully rendered cutscenes. There were so many incredible opportunities to flex different aspects of sound design - whether it was crafting tonal differences between Kena's cleansing and Toshi's corruption, giving more life to the Rot, getting the player stoked for new abilities, or the thrill of fighting new enemies; each one of these experiences was an absolute blast to create.

Later on in the project, I was tasked with putting together original sound design and performing a final mix on the trailer for the game. Obviously, I was pretty stoked about this since it was my first time doing something like this, and I knew PlayStation would hype it up.
I was given around 8 hours of total time for this, which included dialogue editing and processing, music editing, creating original sounds to hype up certain aspects of the trailer, and performing a final mix for all the stems to work well together.

Near the end of the project, I was tasked with creating sounds for a creature that only appeared in a select few cutscenes. I really got to get into the world, and concepted a bunch of ideas that made it feel at times large and threatening, but at other times soft and friendly. It was really fun trying to design creature vocalizations for a pretty wide range of emotions, and I was pretty stoked about how it turned out!
